You can check your eligibility online to ensure to pursue a career as Sailor or Officer in the Indian Navy based on your qualification. To check eligibility online through official website, open the Am I Eligible or Eligibility form page and submit the required data as Date of Birth (Age), Gender and Highest Qualification. Then click on Check My eligibility Now button and you’ll get current post category or entry/ batch course details for which you’re eligible as per your qualification.

Online Registration process has been made compulsory for all the candidates before submitting applications for any recruitment under Sailor Entry (SSR, AA, MR, NMR etc) and Officer Entry (Executive, Engineering, Electrical, Education & Medical). After the registration candidates can apply to join the Indian Navy and can monitor status of their applications submitted to Indian Navy Recruitment. Also, after the one time registration you may get alerts (notification) for the entry openings on your registered Email/ Mobile number.
For registration you have to create an account on the official website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in. Open the Create Account or Registration page and submit the required data in the Registration form as Personal details (Date of Birth, Gender, Marital Status), Educational details (qualification as 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th, BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BE, B.Tech, BCA, LLB, MA, M.Tech, MCA, MBA) and Account details (Email ID & Password). Then enter the correct value in calculation box and select the checkboxes. After filling all the required details correctly click on save button. Now you’ll get Email verification link on your E-mail ID. Open your Email Inbox and click on the given link to verify/ confirm your Email ID. After confirmation of your Email ID, Login to Join Indian Navy website using Email Address and Password. Now you may access your account, profile and application form for current entries based on your qualification.
How to Submit Online Application form
You can fill Online Application form after the publication of advertisement for current Batch Course for Officer Entry and Sailor Entry. You will be notified about the entry openings on your registered Email ID/ Mobile number also. Open the Join Indian Navy Login page and login using your Email ID and Password. Now open Current Opportunities (see left sidebar) and click on relevant link to submit online application for any opened entries. Fill up your personal details, Educational details and upload scanned copies of photograph, 10th mark sheet & certificate, 12th mark sheet & certificate, degree/diploma certificate, domicile certificate etc required documents to submit online application form for Sailor Entry (SSR, AA, MR, NMR etc) and Officer Entry.
