Indian Navy Sportsman Bharti Jobs 02/2018 Batch
Pay Scale (Salary) – Rs 14600/- during training and Rs 21700-43100 (Defence Pay matrix level 3) after completion of training
Age Limit (as on date of commencement of course)
Direct Entry Petty Officer (PO) – 17 to 22 years (born between 01 Aug 1996 and 31 Jul 2001)
Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) – 17 to 21 years (born between 01 Aug 1997 and 31 Jul 2001)
Matric Recruits (MR) – 17 to 21 years (born between 01 Oct 1997 and 30 Sep 2001)
Educational Qualification
Direct Entry Petty Officer – 12th Pass (10+2) in any stream or equivalent qualification
SSR – 12th Pass (10+2) in any stream or equivalent qualification
MR – 10th Pass or equivalent qualification
Candidates should have participated at International/ National/ State/ University level at Junior/ Senior/ Inter University level in the Games or Sports.
Physical Standards
Height – Minimum 157 Cms
Chest – Minimum 5 Cms expansion
Weight – Proportionate to height and age
Selection and Recruitment Procedure
Eligible candidates whose application form is found to be in order will be called for selection trials at designated Naval Centers. Thereafter, qualified candidates will undergo medical examination at INS Hamla, Mumbai. Final selection will be determined by requirement in particular sports disciplines and availability of vacancies.

Send application form along with self-attested copy of 10th pass certificate (for verification of Date of Birth), 10th Mark sheet, NCC/Sports certificate (If applicable), Domicile Certificate and 02 self-addressed envelopes of size 22 x 10 Cms with Rs 10/- stamp (affixed on one envelope) by Ordinary Post addressed to:
