Uttarakhand Forest Guard (Arakshi) Vacancies 2015
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/-
Total number of vacancies: 04
(Gen – 04, SC – 00, ST – 00, OBC – 00)
Age Limit – 18 to 45 years as on 18.03.2015
Educational Qualification
10th Class pass from a Government recognized Board or equivalent qualification.
Physical Standards
Male:
Height: Minimum 163 Cms (158 Cms in case of Kumauni, Garhwali, Gorkha, Nepali etc.)
Chest: 79 Cms without expansion and 84 Cms with expansion
Walk: 25 Kms in 4 Hours
Female:
Height: Minimum 147 Cms
Weight: 45 Kgs
Walk: 14 Kms in 4 Hours
Selection/Recruitment Process
Selection Process will consist of Physical Standards Test, Written Test and Medical examination.
Written Test
Candidates qualified in Physical Standards Test will have to undergo a Multi-optional Objective type written test of 100 Marks including:
General Maths: 50 Marks
General Studies: 50 Marks

Eligible and desirous candidates may submit their application in the prescribed format complete in all respect affixed with attested passport size photographs. Send application form along with two self-addressed envelopes (12 x 10 Cms) with postal stamps for Rs 30 affixed on each and attested copies of required documents by Registered Post/Speed Post to the Divisional Forest Officer, Rudraprayag Forest Division, Rudraprayag (Uttarakhand) so as to reach on or before last date.
