UKSSSC 229 VPDO Graduate Level Recruitment Exam 2023-2024

UKSSSC invites applications for filling up the following 229 Vacancies of Graduate Level Group C (Samuh G) Posts in various departments. All eligible candidates can apply online for the Graduate Level Bharti for the posts of Sahayak Samaj Kalyan Adhikari, Gram Panchayat Vikas Adhikari (VPDO), Munsarim, Reader, karyalaya sahayak, Prantiya Rakshak Dal (PRD) etc through sssc.uk.gov.in up to 23rd Nov 2023. UKSSSC VPDO and Other Graduate Level Posts Recruitment Exam 2023-2024 like vacancy details, eligibility, application form, selection process, syllabus, physical, result etc is given below.

Uttarakhand VPDO and Graduate Level Vacancies

UKSSSC द्वारा समूह ‘ग’ के अन्तर्गत सहायक समाज कल्याण अधिकारी के 16 रिक्त पदों, सहायक अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण अधिकारी के 05 रिक्त पदों, मुन्सरिम तथा रीडर के 14 रिक्त पदों, कार्यालय सहायक-तृतीय के 20 रिक्त पदों, सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारी के 03 रिक्त पदों, फोरमैन परिसम्पत्ति के 01 रिक्त पद, ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी के 137 रिक्त पदों, क्षेत्रीय युवा कल्याण एवं प्रान्तीय रक्षक दल अधिकारी के 33 रिक्त पदों अर्थात कुल 229 रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती द्वारा चयन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र आमन्त्रित किए गये हैं।

The Commission issued notification by clubbing 229 posts of different departments having the same minimum educational qualification (Graduation), in which the posts of the same qualification can be filled through the same selection process. In this way the examinations will be completed on a time bound basis and will save the work and time of both the Commission and the candidate.

Age Limit (All Posts) – 21 to 42 years as on 01.07.2023 (18 to 42 years for Foreman and Office Assistant PTCUL). Relaxation in upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Servicemen and other categories is applicable as per Govt rules.

आवेदन हेतु पात्रता – Group C (Samuh G) के सीधी भर्ती के पदों पर भर्ती हेतु अभ्यर्थी का उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित किसी सेवायोजन कार्यालय में आवेदन-पत्र प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि तक पंजीकरण हुआ हो, अथवा अभ्यर्थी उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का स्थाई निवास प्रमाण-पत्र धारक हो, अथवा अभ्यर्थी के पास उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का स्थाई निवास प्रमाण-पत्र न होने की स्थिति में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अपनी हाई स्कूल या इण्टरमीडिएट या इसके समकक्ष स्तर की शिक्षा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से उत्तीर्ण की गई हो।

सहायक समाज कल्याण अधिकारी

Number of Vacancies – 16 Posts (UR-12, EWS -01, OBC-01, SC-02).
Department – समाज कल्याण विभाग।
Pay Scale – Rs 29200-92300 (Level-05).
Educational Qualification – Graduation from any university established by law in India or from any institution other than a university which is recognized or declared as a university under law, or from a foreign university recognized by the Government of India.

सहायक अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण अधिकारी

Number of Vacancies – 05 Posts (UR-03, EWS-01, SC-01).
Department – अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण विभाग।
Pay Scale – Rs 29200-92300 (Level-05).
Educational Qualification – Graduation from any university established by law in India or equivalent degree from any recognized institution and certificate in Computer Application from any institution recognized by the Central/ State Govt.

रीडर

Number of Vacancies – 07 Posts (UR-07).
Department – उत्तराखण्ड राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण एवं अधीनस्थ अधिष्ठान (कार्यालय स्थायी लोक अदालत अल्मोड़ा, देहरादून, हरिद्वार, नैनीताल, पौड़ी, टिहरी गढ़वाल और उधम सिंह नगर)।
Pay Scale – Rs 29200-92300 (Level-05).
Educational Qualification – Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized University and Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 4000 key-depressions per hour on computer. Preference will be given to a candidate with English typing with a minimum speed of 4000 key-depressions per hour on computer.

मुन्सरिम

Number of Vacancies – 07 Posts (UR-07).
Department – उत्तराखण्ड राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण एवं अधीनस्थ अधिष्ठान (कार्यालय स्थायी लोक अदालत अल्मोड़ा, देहरादून, हरिद्वार, नैनीताल, पौड़ी, टिहरी गढ़वाल, उधम सिंह नगर)।
Pay Scale – Rs 29200-92300 (Level-05).
Educational Qualification – Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized University and Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 4000 key-depressions per hour on computer. Preference will be given to a candidate with English typing with a minimum speed of 4000 key-depressions per hour on computer.

कार्यालय सहायक-तृतीय (UJVNL)

Number of Vacancies – 10 Posts (UR-05, EWS-01, OBC-02, SC-02).
Department – उत्तराखण्ड जल विद्युत निगम लिमिटेड (UJVNL)।
Pay Scale – Rs 25500-81100 (Level-04).
Educational Qualification – Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized University and Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute and English typing with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute. Candidate must have vast knowledge of Devanagari Script and MS Office.

कार्यालय सहायक-तृतीय (PTCUL)

Number of Vacancies – 10 Posts (UR-04, EWS-01, OBC-02, SC-02, ST-01).
Department – पॉवर ट्रांसमिशन कारपोरेशन ऑफ उत्तराखण्ड लिमिटेड (PTCUL)।
Pay Scale – Rs 25500-81100 (Level-04).
Educational Qualification – Graduation from a recognized University with vast knowledge of Devanagari Script and minimum speed of 6000 KDPH in Hindi and 7000 KDPH in English on computer. Candidate must have minimum 01 year Diploma/ Certificate in computer course.

सहायक समीक्षा अधिकारी

Number of Vacancies – 03 Posts (OBC-01 and SC-02).
Department – उत्तराखण्ड सूचना आयोग।
Pay Scale – Rs 29200-92300 (Level-05).
Educational Qualification – Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized University and Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 4000 key-depressions per hour on computer. Preference will be given to a candidate proficient in English typing.

फोरमैन परिसम्पत्ति

Number of Vacancies – 01 Post (UR-01).
Department – गोविन्द बल्लीभ पंत कृषि एवं प्रौद्योगिक विश्वविद्यालय।
Pay Scale – Rs 35400-112400 (Level-06).
Educational Qualification – Graduation from a recognized university with 02 years experience of performing asset related work in a government or semi-government reputed institution. Preference will be given to Law graduate.

ग्राम पंचायत विकास अधिकारी (VPDO)

Number of Vacancies – 137 Posts.

Pay Scale – Rs 25500-81100 (Level-04).
Educational Qualification – For direct recruitment to the post of Gram Panchayat Vikas Adhikari, candidate must have Graduate Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university and also have a minimum CCC level certificate in computer operation.

Preference will be given to a candidate who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of not less than 02 years, or have obtained ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate of National Cadet Corps.

क्षेत्रीय युवा कल्याण एवं प्रान्तीय रक्षक दल अधिकारी

Number of Vacancies – 33 Posts (UR-09, EWS-02, OBC-08, SC-13, ST-01).
Department – युवा कल्याण एवं प्रान्तीय रक्षक दल (PRD)।
Pay Scale – Rs 29200-92300 (Level-05).
Educational Qualification – किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक की उपाधि या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त कोई अन्य अर्हता। अधिमानी अर्हता के रूप में, अन्य बातों के समान होने पर ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को सीधी भर्ती के मामले में अधिमान दिया जायेगा, जिसने :-

प्रादेशिक सेना में दो वर्ष की न्यूनतम अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर का ‘बी’ अथवा ‘सी’ प्रमाण-पत्र प्राप्त किया हो या जिसे किसी पद के सम्बन्ध में युवा कार्य का अनुभव हो या जिसने खेलकूद में प्रवीणता प्राप्त की हो, या भर्ती के वर्ष की प्रथम जुलाई को संगठन में विकासखण्ड कमाण्डर या हल्का सरदार या दलपति के रूप में कम से कम तीन वर्ष की सेवा की हो।

UKSSSC Graduate Level Selection Process and Syllabus

The recruitment process for Graduate level posts like VPDO, Samaj Kalyan Adhikari, Munsarim, Reader, Office Assistant, Prantiya Rakshak Dal Adhikari etc consists of an objective type written exam of maximum 100 Marks. The exam is scheduled by the Commission to conduct during the month of December 2023 (proposed date).

Candidates for the post of Kshetriya Yuva Kalyan Prantiya Rakshak Dal Adhikari (PRD) will also have to pass the Physical Tests (see details below).

The vacant posts of Sahayak Samaj Kalyan Adhikari, Gram Panchayat Vikas Adhikari (VPDO), Munsarim, Reader, Office Assistant, Prantiya Rakshak Dal Adhikari etc will be filled through a competitive written exam as per the pattern and syllabus below:

• सामान्य हिन्दी – 20 अंक।
• सामान्य ज्ञान व सामान्य अध्ययन (सामान्य बुद्धि परीक्षण और मानसिक योग्यता, इतिहास, भूगोल, राजनीतिक विज्ञान, अर्थशास्त्र, राज्य, राष्ट्रीय और अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय महत्व की समसामयिक घटनायें, कम्प्यूटर की मूलभत जानकारी) – 40 अंक।
• उत्तराखण्ड से सम्बन्धित विविध जानकारियाॅं – 40 अंक।

The question paper will be of 02 Hours duration and will comprise of total 100 Objective Type Multiple Choice questions (01 mark each). Negative marking of ¼ marks will be applicable for every wrong answer marked by candidates. Minimum 45 marks for GEN/ OBC candidates and minimum 35 marks for SC/ ST candidates are required to qualify in the written exam.

For selection, merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination. Selection of candidates for the post of Kshetriya Yuva Kalyan Prantiya Rakshak Dal Adhikari will be based on written exam marks plus physical efficiency tests marks. In the case of obtaining similar marks by two or more candidates, the merit will be determined on the basis of higher age.

UKSSSC is now conducting online exam (Computer Based Test) along with offline exam. Therefore, bharti exam for these Graduate level posts may be conducted either offline or online.

Prantiya Rakshak Dal Adhikari (PRD) Physical Test

Online Application form, Important Dates and Notification

Eligible and interested candidates can submit online application form for the Uttarakhand VPDO and Other Graduate Level Group C Vacancies through sssc.uk.gov.in up to 23rd Nov 2023. Before applying online, you will have to keep ready scanned images of recent passport size photograph, signature and left thumb impression to upload online.

The application portal has been changed to a new format. Therefore, you have to fill your details carefully before submitting application form for the recruitment. Upload your recent photograph, so that there is no difficulty in matching the candidate and photo at the exam center. Due to faulty application, your candidature can be canceled at the time of document verification.

General/ OBC Candidates – Rs 300/-.
SC/ ST/ PH/ EWS Candidates – Rs 150/-.
Orphan candidates – Nil.
The requisite fee can be remitted online by using Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card.
