UKSSSC Online One Time Registration OTR for All Group C Posts

UKSSSC has started One Time Registration (OTR or एक पंजीकरण) facility for all candidates to apply online through uksssconline.in for upcoming new Group C (Samuh G) recruitment proposed by the Govt of Uttarakhand. In the One Time Registration process, the Commission is providing facility to candidates to fill and save their personal, educational, professional and experience details and other information such as photo, thumb impression and signature. In future, whenever the candidate fills up an application form under Group C Recruitment, the information available in the OTR will be automatically displayed in his/ her application form. In this way the applicant will not have to fill up almost 75-80% of the information in each application.

UKSSSC One Time Registration for Group C Recruitment

Photographs and signatures will also not be scanned and uploaded several times. For any specific advertisement, only about 20 percent of the information will need to be filled by candidates. There will be less likelihood of error in the details pre-filled from the OTR profile, and the cases of candidature cancellation will also be reduced. Candidates will have the financial benefit as they do not have to scan photos and signatures repeatedly. It will reduce the expenditure of candidates in filling the application form.

If the candidate fills the OTR or Application form for Group C Recruitment himself/ herself, then he/ she will not be charged any fees and only the prescribed examination fee for recruitment will be charged.

To fill OTR and application forms, the Common Service Centers or public service centers of the state are also authorized. The Village Level Interpreter (VLE), operating these public service centers is being authorized to fill OTR and application forms. If the candidate does not fill his application on the computer himself/ herself then he can take the help of VLE, and for this purpose ₹ 60 for OTR and ₹ 20 for application filling charge will be paid by the candidate to VLE.

Candidates going to the Common Service Center (CSC) will also get the facility that if they give cash then the VLE will deposit their examination fee through e-Wallet. These centers are also in remote areas of the state. Similarly, the candidates will be given the facility of filling OTR and application forms at the village level and depositing online fees in the state.

Keeping information and data of the candidates safely in proper way is a major objective of the OTR facility. Therefore, candidate’s name, father’s name and date of birth will be compulsory to be filled in the OTR as per the high school marks sheet/ certificate by each candidate. Each candidate has to give his own separate phone number and email, two or more candidates can’t use the same phone number and e-mail.

Candidates are advised to use their personal email and phone number. For any reason, if there is no e-mail or phone number, then use the phone number and e-mail of the family or the nearest person who can send the SMS, OTP and other information given by the Commission to the candidate. Candidates are required to upload their new/ updated photos in the OTR, so that they do not need to change it till the appropriate duration.

The quality of the photo should be reasonable and clear so it can be used in online Admit Card. The size of the photo should be between 30 to 50 KB. The candidates are also required to upload their signature which they will use during upcoming examination (avoid changing the signature). The signature size should be between 15 to 20 KB.

You can also edit or modify OTR using the prescribed procedure to add educational or other content to it or to provide additional information.

The OTR facility has been started by Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) for all candidates from 01 June 2019. You are advised to start filling the OTR right now so that you can be prepared to fill the application form in future advertisements and fill your Group C Applications on time. It is also advised that all information on OTR should be filled with utmost care because it will be automatically transferred in each Group C Application form.

UKSSSC One Time Registration (OTR) Procedure

UKSSSC has made the One Time Registration (OTR) process compulsory for all the candidates before submitting applications for Group C (समूह ग) Recruitment. Only after the registration process you can apply for any recruitment and can monitor status of your applications submitted under UKSSSC Group C Recruitment.

For registration you have to create an account on the official website uksssconline.in. Open the “New User? Register Here” page and fill the User Name, Email ID and Mobile Number in the Registration form. Now click on Generate OTP button and then enter the OTP (sent on your Mobile Number/ E-mail ID), enter your Date of Birth and create login password. Preserve your login credentials (User Name and Password) for future requirements.

After completing the above steps you can login to the website using User Name and Password and can fill your complete information by clicking on Profile Creation Link. Now complete all the steps under the one time profile which is required to fill and it will be useful for upcoming advertisements or recruitment of UKSSSC. You can update this information any number of times.

5. Experience Information
6. Upload Photograph, Signature and Thumb Impression

How to Submit Online Application Form

Candidates who have completed One Time Registration (OTR) process can fill the UKSSSC Online Application form after the publication of Group C (Samuh G) Recruitment notification (advertisement or विज्ञप्ति). Open the official website uksssconline.in and login using the User Name and Password. Now open Online Application page (see left sidebar) and then click on “Click Here to apply” link available next to active advertisement or recruitment.

Thereafter the system will check your eligibility with respect to criteria required for the recruitment. In case you do not fulfill the eligibility then appropriate message of ineligibility will be displayed by the system. If you are eligible then you can fill up the remaining details to submit online application form for the opened recruitment. Thereafter you can pay the examination and application processing fee using Net Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card.
