UKMSSB invited online applications for filling up the following 1564 Vacancies of Nursing Officer by direct recruitment in the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare Govt of Uttarakhand. उत्तराखण्ड चिकित्सा सेवा चयन बोर्ड द्वारा चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग में समूह ‘ग’ के अन्तर्गत महिला नर्सिंग अधिकारी के 1252 पदों और पुरुष नर्सिंग अधिकारी के 312 पदों (संशोधित विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार) अर्थात कुल 1564 रिक्त पदों पर सीधी भर्ती के माध्यम से चयन हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किए गए हैं।

समूह ग (Group C) के सीधी भर्ती के पदों पर भर्ती हेतु आवेदन करने के लिए वही अभ्यर्थी पात्र होगा, जिसने अपनी हाईस्कूल एवं इण्टरमीडिएट अथवा इनके समकक्ष स्तर की शिक्षा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में स्थित मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थानों से उत्तीर्ण की हो, और अभ्यर्थी ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने की अंतिम तिथि तक उत्तराखण्ड राज्य का स्थाई निवास प्रमाण पत्र (Domicile Certificate) धारित करता हो।

नोट:- नर्सिंग अधिकारी महिला-डिग्री धारक के अतंर्गत कुल 42 बैकलाॅग पद (SC-34, ST-03, OBC-05) तथा नर्सिंग अधिकारी पुरुष-डिग्री धारक के अंतर्गत कुल 09 बैकलाॅग पद (SC-08, ST-01) को सम्मिलित किया गया है।

Eligibility Criteria (Age and Educational Qualification)

Age Limit – 21 to 42 Years as on 01st Jul 2022. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC and other categories is applicable as per Govt rules.

Educational Qualification – B.Sc (Honours) in Nursing OR B.Sc Nursing OR Post Basic B.Sc Nursing OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM)/ Psychiatry Science from any University/ Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.

Candidate should have B.Sc (Hons) or B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)/ Psychiatry registration certificate from Uttarakhand/ Indian Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Candidate must have working knowledge of Hindi. Preference will be given to those candidates who have served minimum 02 years service in Territorial Army OR have obtained B or C certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC).

अभ्यर्थी के पास उत्तराखण्ड/ भारतीय नर्सिंग तथा धात्री परिषद् में ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने की अन्तिम तिथि तक स्थाई पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र होना अनिवार्य है। यदि अभ्यर्थी का पंजीकरण आवेदन-पत्र जमा करने की अन्तिम तिथि तक वैध/ नवीनीकृत नहीं होगा तो उसे अपात्र घोषित कर दिया जायेगा।

Uttarakhand Nursing Adhikari Selection Process

उत्तराखंड नर्सिंग अधिकारी चयन प्रक्रिया वर्षवार योग्यताक्रम में अभ्यर्थी द्वारा डिग्री/ डिप्लोमा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर आरक्षण का लाभ देते हुए पूरी की जाएगी। चयन हेतु कुल उपलब्ध रिक्त पदों में से 70% पद नर्सिंग में डिप्लोमाधारक अभ्यर्थियों तथा 30% पद नर्सिंग में डिग्रीधारक अभ्यर्थियों में से वर्षवार योग्यताक्रम में, अभ्यर्थी द्वारा डिप्लोमा/ डिग्री में कुल प्राप्त अंकों के प्रतिशत के आधार पर आरक्षण का लाभ देते हुए Selection/ Merit list बनायी जायेगी।

डिप्लोमा तथा डिग्रीधारक अभ्यर्थियों (महिला, पुरूष) के योग्यताक्रम में, डिप्लोमा/ डिग्री में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर पृथक-पृथक सूचियां तैयार की जायेंगी। यदि दो या अधिक अभ्यर्थी समान अंक प्राप्त करे तो उनके नाम, अभ्यर्थी की आयु, जिसकी जन्मतिथि पहले हो उसका नाम पहले, के आधार पर योग्यता क्रम में रखेगा। सूची के नामों की संख्या रिक्तियों की संख्या से अधिक (किन्तु 25 प्रतिशत से अधिक नहीं) होगी। इस प्रकार तैयार की गयी सूची केवल एक चयन वर्ष (2022-23) के लिए मान्य होगी।

चयन का मानदण्ड वर्षवार योग्यता क्रम है अतः आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त होने के पश्चात्‌ श्रेणीवार रिक्तियों की संख्या के न्यूनतम 1½ (डेढ़ गुना) अभ्यर्थियों को Document Verification हेतु वर्षवार ज्येष्ठता क्रम में आमंत्रित किया जायेगा। अभिलेख सत्यापन के पश्चात्‌ चयनित अभ्यर्थियों की सूची घोषित की जायेगी।

अभिलेख सत्यापन के सम्बन्ध में अनुक्रमांक सहित तिथि की सूचना बोर्ड की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी तथा उसी के अनुसार अभ्यर्थियों को Admit Card बोर्ड की वेबसाईट के माध्यम से उपलब्ध कराये जायेंगे। अभ्यर्थियों को प्रवेश-पत्र डाउनलोड कर अभिलेख सत्यापन के समय साथ ले जाना होगा। बिना प्रवेश-पत्र के अभ्यर्थी अभिलेख सत्यापन में प्रतिभाग नहीं कर सकेगी/ सकेगा।

Before applying online, keep ready your valid Email Id, Mobile number and scanned copies of Photograph (20-50 Kb) & Signature (5-20 Kb) in JPG format and following required documents in a combined PDF file (200 Kb-02 Mb).

Required Documents – The required documents to be attached in the combined single PDF file (size 200 Kb to 02 Mb) are as follows:

High School certificate.
Intermediate certificate.
Domicile certificate of Uttarakhand.
Category certificate SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS (as applicable).
Sub Category Certificates: Dependent of Freedom Fighter (DFF)/ Ex-Army/ Differently Abled (PH)/ Orphan Children of Uttarakhand State (if applicable).
Degree/ Diploma all year Mark sheet.
Degree/ Diploma Passing certificate.
NCC/ Territorial Army certificate (if held).
Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council, Dehradun or Indian Nursing Council registration certificate.

उपरोक्त के आधार पर Combined Single PDF File में क्रम संख्या 1, 2, 6, 7 एवं 9 संलग्न किया जाना अनिवार्य है, तथा श्रेणी/ उपश्रेणी आरक्षण सम्बन्धी लाभ का दावा करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों हेतु क्रम संख्या 3, 4 और 5 (जिसका दावा अभ्यर्थी करते हो) Combined Single PDF File के साथ संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है। शैक्षिक अर्हता, जाति प्रमाण पत्र एवं अन्य प्रमाण पत्रों से सम्बन्धित समस्त दावे आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि तक मान्य होंगे। उसके पश्चात् निर्गत प्रमाण पत्र मान्य नहीं होंगे।

After submitting Nursing Officer online application, take a printout of the system generated application form for reference/ record. The printout (hard copy) of online application or any other documents are not required to be sent by Post to the Board.
