Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) invited online applications for filling up the following 115 Vacancies of Head Constable (Ministerial) in Group C Non-Gazetted. All eligible male and female candidates can apply online for the SSB HC Min Bharti through the website www.ssbrectt.gov.in up to 22 August 2021. SSB Head Constable Ministerial Recruitment 2021-2022 as online application form, salary, vacancy details, qualification, selection process, physical PET PST, exam syllabus etc is given below.
SSB Head Constable Ministerial Recruitment
Pay Scale – Rs 25500-81100/- per month (Pay level 4).
Age Limit – 18 to 25 Years as on 22 Aug 2021 (relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per Govt orders).
Educational Qualification – 12th Pass (10+2) from any recognized Board or equivalent qualification.
Skill Test Norms – English Typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute or Hindi Typing with minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer. 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word.

SSB HC Min Selection Process, Physical and Exam Syllabus
The selection process will consist of Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Written exam, Skill/ Typing test, Documentation and Medical examination. Candidates whose application forms are found to be in order will be issued Admit Card to appear for the PET and PST (qualifying in nature) as follows:
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
Race (Male) – 1.6 Kms within 06 Minutes 30 Seconds
Race (Female) – 800 Meters within 04 Minutes
Physical Standard Test (PST):
Candidates qualified in the PET will have to undergo PST (Height, Chest and Weight measurement) as follows:
Height:
Gen/ SC/ OBC Category – Male: 165 Cms and Female: 155 Cms
Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha and candidates from Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, UT Jammu & Kashmir and UT Ladakh – Male: 162.5 Cms and Female: 150 Cms
ST Category – Male: 162.5 Cms and Female: 150 Cms
Chest (only for Male candidates):
Gen/ SC/ OBC Category – 77-82 Cms

Weight – Proportionate to height and age.
Written Examination:
Candidates qualified in the PET and PST will be allowed to appear in the Written Exam (Common Entrance Test). The written exam will consist of one paper of 02 Hours duration. The question paper will be of maximum 100 Marks and will consist of total 100 objective type questions (01 Mark each) based on General Knowledge, Maths, General Reasoning and General English/ Hindi. To qualify in the HC Ministerial written exam, it’s required to score minimum 50% Marks for Gen/ EWS/ OBC/ EXM and 45% Marks for SC/ ST candidates.
Thereafter on the basis of performance in the written exam, candidates upto 15 times of vacancies will be called for Skill Test (qualifying in nature) as per the norms. Finally, candidates numbering upto 3 times of category-wise vacancies will be called for Documentation and Detailed Medical Examination. For selection as Head Constable Ministerial, category wise final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Written Exam.

Online Application Form, Important Date and Notification
Eligible and interested candidates are required to submit online application form for the SSB Head Constable Ministerial Recruitment through the website www.ssbrectt.gov.in or applyssb.com up to 22 August 2021. Before applying online, keep ready scanned images of photograph and signature for uploading with the online form.
For submitting SSB HC Min online application form, complete all the three parts as:
Part 1 (Registration) – Fill your Name, Date of Birth, Category, ID Card number, Identification mark, Mobile number, Email ID, Educational details, Address etc to complete the registration process.
Part 2 (Photo, Signature and Required Certificates) – Upload photograph with 100 x 120 pixels size (12kb – 50 kb) and signature with 140 x 60 pixels size (4kb – 50 kb) in JPG format. Also, you have to upload your certificates (Educational, Identity & category) in JPG/ PDF format with 100 x 120 pixels size (4kb – 100 kb).
Part 3 (Fee Payment) – Pay the exam fee through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card or Challan.
Not down and preserve your registration or application number and password for login to the system to check the recruitment updates. After successful submission of online form, take printout of the system generated application form for proof of candidature. The printout of online application form or any other document is not required to send to SSB.
Examination fee:
UR, EWS and OBC candidates will have to pay Rs 100/- as exam fee through Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card or Challan. SC, ST, Ex-Serviceman and Female candidates are not required to submit the exam fee.
