Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Western Railway (NWR) invites Applications through Online or Offline from eligible Indian citizens to fill up 917 vacancies (including 27 for persons with disability and 184 for Ex-serviceman) of Trackman, Traffic Khallasi/Pointsman, Gateman & Helper/Khallasi/Safaiwala/H.A. posts in various Departments in Pay Band-1 of Rs.5200-20200 having Grade Pay of Rs.1800/-.
Total Number of Vacancies: 917 (UR-463, OBC-248, SC-137, ST-69)
Including 27 for persons with disability (OH-09, VH-09 & HH-09) and 184 for Ex-serviceman.
Educational Qualification
10th pass or ITI or equivalent and candidates with higher educational qualification may also apply.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2014)
UR: 18 – 33 years, OBC: 18 – 36 years, SC/ST: 18 – 38 years
Examination Fee: Rs. 100/-
Candidates who’re applying online can pay examination fee in the form of challan in any branch of State Bank of India or SBBJ or any of the Post Offices. In case, applying Offline or Manually examination fee can be paid in the form of crossed IPO from any Post Office drawn in favour of “Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment) Railway Recruitment Cell, NWR Jaipur”. Candidates belonging to SC/ST, Persons with Disabilities, women, minorities, ex- serviceman and economically backward classes are exempted from payment of examination fees.
How to Apply
Eligible and interested candidates can submit Applications Online or in the given prescribed format (Manually). Online submission of the application may be made at website www.iroams.com or www.nwr.indianrailways.gov.in. For Candidates applying Online not required to send any printout/document to RRC. For Candidates applying Offline send their Applications (duly filled in) complete in all respect in the prescribed format along with required enclosures by Ordinary Post to “The Assistant Personnel Officer/Recruitment, Railway Recruitment Cell, Durgapura Railway Station, Jaipur-302018”.
