Pay Scale:
Head Constable – Rs 25500-81100 (as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-4) plus other allowances.
Constable – Rs 21700-69100 (as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-3) plus other allowances.

Total number of Vacancies – 293 Posts (Group C)

Head Constable (Telecom) – 126 Vacancies

Male – 107 (UR-34, EWS-10, OBC-44, SC-15, ST-04)
Female – 19 (UR-06, EWS-02, OBC-08, SC-02, ST-01)

Constable (Telecom) – 167 Vacancies
Male – 142 (UR-58, EWS-14, OBC-38, SC-21, ST-11)
Female – 25 (UR-10, EWS-02, OBC-07, SC-04, ST-02)

Eligibility Criteria (Age and Educational Qualification)

Age Limit:
Head Constable (Telecom) – 18 to 25 Years as on 30.11.2022 i.e. candidate should be born between 01.12.1997 and 30.11.2004 (both dates inclusive).
Constable (Telecom) – 18 to 23 Years as on 30.11.2022 i.e. candidate should be born between 01.12.1999 and 30.11.2004 (both dates inclusive).
Relaxation in upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC, Ex-Serviceman and other categories will be applicable as per Central Govt rules.

Educational Qualification:
Head Constable (Telecommunication) – 12th Pass (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics having aggregate of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board/ university. OR
10th Pass with two years ITI Certificate in Electronics/ Electrical/ Computer from recognized Institute. OR
10th Pass with Science and 03 years Diploma in Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electrical from recognized Institute.

Constable (Telecommunication) – 10th Pass (Matriculation) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board. Diploma/ Certificate Course from an Industrial Training Institute or any other recognized Institution is desirable.

Selection and Recruitment Procedure

Online Application form, Important Dates and Notification

Eligible and interested candidates are required to register and submit online form for the ITBP Head Constable and Constable Telecom Vacancies through the website recruitment.itbpolice.nic.in from 01st Nov to 30th Nov 2022. To apply online for ITBP Telecom Bharti follow the important instructions below:

Part 1 (Registration) – Firstly go to the ITBP One-time Registration or Applicant Sign up page (if not registered already) and enter the required details. After submitting the details, verify your Email ID to activate the account for ITBP Recruitment. Note down and preserve your Email ID and Password for further requirements.

Part 2 (Profile) – To complete the Part 2 (Profile), login to the ITBP Recruitment website using your registered E-mail ID and Password (created in Part 1) to access the dashboard. Now open the Profile Details link and fill up all the required information (Mobile number, Father name, Mother name, Country, Address, Religion, Educational details, Gender, Marital status, Address etc) to complete your profile. After submitting the profile details, upload your latest photograph (30-100 kb) and signature (15-30 kb) in JPEG or JPG format.

Part 3 (Application form) – To submit the application form for ITBP Telecom Recruitment, click on Apply link under the live applications. Re-check the pre-filled application form details or change the details as required and then pay the application fee (if applicable). Finally, you can take a printout of the submitted for record or reference.

The application fee can be paid online by using Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card. SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen and Female candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
