Indian Army has invited online applications for filling up the vacancies of Soldier Nursing Assistant (Regular Cadre) through recruitment rally under all Zones. All eligible candidates can apply online for the Sol NA Bharti through the website joinindianarmy.nic.in. The recruitment rallies will be conducted by HQ RTG Zone Ambala, Lucknow, IRO Delhi, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Jalandhar, Danapur and Shillong in the months of Nov, Dec and Jan. Indian Army Nursing Assistant Bharti Soldier Vacancies
As we know, recruitment processes for the Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant/ Nursing Assistant Veterinary held in recruiting years 2020-21 and 2021-22 were suspended due to Covid-19. Candidates who had passed their physical and medical tests in said recruiting years will have to re-apply online and undergo the process of physical and medical test again. Age relaxation of 02 years has been granted to all such candidates for the year 2022-2023.

Pay Scale (Salary) – Pay and allowances will be at the rates and under the conditions applicable to all MP personnel, as revised from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria – Eligibility criteria as age limit and educational qualification for Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant and Nursing Assistant Veterinary (SNA) is as follows:
Age Limit – 17½ to 25 years as on 01st Oct 2022 i.e. candidate must be born between 01 October 1997 and 01 April 2005 (both dates inclusive). The upper age limit has been relaxed from 23 years to 25 years as a onetime measure for the Recruiting Year 2022-23.
Educational Qualification – 12th Pass (10+2)/ Intermediate in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject. OR 12th Pass (10+2)/ Intermediate in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.

Nursing Assistant Selection Process, Physical Test and CEE
The selection process will consist of Preliminary Documentation, Physical Fitness Test, Medical Examination and Written Exam. After closing date of online application process, admit card will be issued to eligible candidates to appear in the recruitment rally. Candidates will be screened through recruitment rallies which are scheduled to be conducted under the Zones/ ZRO in the months of November, December and January.
Physical Standards

Chest: 77 Cms (05 Cms expansion)
Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per Army medical standards.
Relaxation in Physical Standards:
For Son of Servicemen (SOS), Son of Ex-Servicemen (SOEX), Son of War Widows (SOWW), Son of Widows of Ex-Servicemen (SOW) and for adopted Son/Son-in-law of a War Widow if she has no son and including a legally adopted son of serving Soldier/ Ex-Servicemen: Height – 02, Chest – 01 Cms and Weight – 02 Kgs.
Outstanding Sportsmen (National/ State & those who represented District, College/ School State/ University/ Board Championship): Height – 02 Cms, Chest – 03 Cms and Weight – 05 Kgs.
Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site)
(a) 1.6 Km Run – Need to qualify
(b) Beam (Pull Ups):
10 Pull Ups – 40 Marks
09 Pull Ups – 33 Marks
08 Pull Ups – 27 Marks
07 Pull Ups – 21 Marks
06 Pull Ups – 16 Marks

Medical Standards
Candidates must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disability likely to interfere with the efficient performance of military duty in all weather and across all terrains. The selected candidates will have to appear for medical examination during the recruitment rally as per medical standards. Candidates should have proper haircut and clean shaven (beard, chest hair, auxiliary hair and pubic hair with crew hair cut).
Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
Candidates declared medically fit will be allowed to appear in the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) or Written Exam (objective type) at nominated venue. Negative marking will be applicable in CEE. The Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for the selected candidates will be held tentatively on 26th Feb 2023. The exact Location, Date and time of written test will be intimated at rally site through Admit Card.
Admit Card for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site. While, Admit Card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued to the candidates after obtaining medically fit certificate from the concerned specialist/ specialists at the designated Military Hospital (MH).

Bonus Marks in Written Exam (CEE):
Only one ward (daughter/ son) of Service/ Ex-Servicemen/ War Widow/ Widow of Ex-servicemen can avail bonus marks in the written exam. Bonus marks will be accorded on qualifying in the written examination. Only one type of Bonus Marks can be availed on producing the Original Certificate. Maximum bonus marks that can be given is 20 Marks even if a candidates qualifies for more than one type of bonus marks.
Bonus marks in Written Exam (CEE) will be awarded as follows:
Son of Serviceman (SOS), Son of Ex-Serviceman (SOEX), Son of War Widow (SOWW), Son of Widow (SOW), Adoption done during lifetime of a Soldier (one son only) – 20 Marks
- Represented India at the International Level: 20 Marks
- Represented State at the Senior/Junior National level: 15 Marks
- Represented College / University in Inter University Championship: 10 Marks
- Represented State at National Level: 10 Marks
- Represented District at the State Level: 05 Marks
- Represented State school team in All India School Games: 05 Marks
National Cadet Corps (NCC):
- NCC A Certificate Holders – 05 Marks
- NCC B Certificate Holders – 10 Marks
- NCC C Certificate Holders – 15 Marks
- NCC C Certificate and participated in Republic Day Parade – Exempted from CEE
Written Exam Result will be declared through the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in (separate letter will be sent to the candidate). Qualified candidates will have to report to concerned ARO (Army Recruiting Office) for documentation.

Documents Required at Rally Venue
Candidates are required to carry the following documents/ certificates in original with two attested photocopies:
1. Admit Card (printed on good quality paper).
2. 20 passport size colour photographs.
3. 10th/ 12th/ Degree marks sheets and certificates.
4. Nativity/ Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.
5. Caste Certificate with photograph issued by the Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.
6. Religion certificate issued by the Tehsildar/ SDM (if religion is not mentioned in caste certificate).
7. Character certificate issued by the School/ College where the candidate last studied.
8. Character certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last 06 months.
9. NCC A/ B/ C certificates with photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority (if any).
10. Relationship Certificate issued from respective Record Office (if applicable).
11. Sports Certificate (for Sportsman).
12. Affidavit (in the prescribed format).
13. Certificates for Bonus Marks (if applicable).
14. Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last 06 months.
15. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card and Aadhar Card.
16. Police Character Certificate.
17. Sarpanch/ Nagar Sewak Certificate for Residence Proof.
18. Double Dose Covid Vaccination Certificate.

Eligible and interested candidates can submit online application form for the Indian Army Nursing Assistant Recruitment through the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in up to 30th October 2022 (up to 02nd November 2022 for Lucknow Zone).
