CTET is compulsory for a candidate’s eligibility for appointment as Teacher for Class 1st to 8th in Central Govt schools (KVS, NVS etc), Aided/ Unaided schools & State Government schools. CTET Sept 2015 – Answer Key & Result Updates
CTET September 2015 will be conducted as per the schedule given below:
Date of Examination: 20.09.2015 (Sunday)
Paper 2nd – 09.30 AM to 12.00 PM, Duration – 2.30 hrs
Paper 1st – 02.00 PM to 04.30 PM, Duration – 2.30 hrs
For Classes 1st-5th Primary Stage (Paper First)
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Or
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. Or
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Or
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education). Or
Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
For Classes 6th-8th Elementary Stage (Paper Second)
Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). Or
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). Or
Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. Or
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). Or
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4 years B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. Or
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education).
Examination Fees
General/OBC Category
Only Paper I or II – Rs. 600/-
Both Paper I & II – Rs. 1000/-
SC/ST/Differently Abled Category
Only Paper I or II – Rs. 300/-
Both Paper I & II – Rs. 500/-
The requisite fee can be remitted through Challan by deposit in CTET Exam Fee Account with Syndicate Bank or HDFC Bank or by using Debit/Credit Card.
How to Apply
Eligible and interested candidates may submit their application for CTET Sept 2015 Online through website www.ctet.nic.in or from the link below from 30.07.2015 to 19.08.2015. Candidates are required to go through the Notice carefully and fill all the required details correctly while filling up the online application form. The printout of the application form is not required to send to the CBSE/CTET. Keep printout of the Confirmation page and Bank Challan for future correspondence.
