Indian Army open recruitment rally for the eligible candidates from the designated Districts of State of Andhra Pradesh (AP) will be held at Tarakarama Sports Pavilion, Tirupati (AP). The recruitment rally will be organized for ARO Guntur under HQ Recruiting Zone Chennai. As mentioned also in the current rally schedule 2015-2016, the recruitment rally will be organized from 18 August to 27 August, 2015 for Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier GD, Soldier Tradesmen & Soldier Clerk/SKT categories. Screening of Documents, Physical Fitness Tests and Physical Measurement Tests at Tarakarama Sports Pavilion, Tirupati (AP) will be conducted Date & District wise as follows:
19 August – For candidates from Anantapur & Kadapa districts (All categories)
20 August – For candidates from Guntur district (All categories)
21 August – For candidates from Prakasam district (All categories)
22 August – For candidates from Chittoor district (Soldier GD & Tradesmen categories)
23 August – For candidates from Chittoor district (Soldier Clerk/SKT, Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Assistant & DSC)
24 August – Tradesmen Aptitude Test
Medical Test: 18 – 27 August (As per date given after Physical Measurement Tests)
Written Test (CEE) – 25 October 2015 at ARO Guntur
Age Limit
Soldier GD: 17½ to 21 Years
Soldier Clerk/SKT, Soldier Technical, Soldier NA and Tradesmen: 17½ to 23 Years
Educational Qualification
Soldier GD – 10th pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. In case of 10+2 and higher education, stipulation of percentage is waived off.
Soldier Clerk/SKT – 10+2 pass with English & Maths/Acct/Book Keeping with 50% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% in each subject.
Soldier Technical – 10+2 pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 45% marks in aggregate or 10th pass with min 50% marks with 3 years Diploma in Engineering.
Soldier Tradesmen – 10th pass or ITI (Syce, Mess Keeper and House Keeper: 8th pass)

The selection process will consist of Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Medical Test & Common Entrance Examination (CEE).
How to Apply
Eligible candidates may report for the recruitment rally at Tarakarama Sports Pavilion, S V University Road, Tirupati (AP) at 04.00 AM on respective dates with required documents as Educational Certificates/Marks sheet, Domicile/Nativity Certificate, Character Certificate issued by Village Sarpanch / Administrative Officer, 20 coloured passport size photographs with Name & DOB and Other Certificates (NCC/Computer/Sports/ITI etc.). Candidates are required to carry all documents in original along with three Photostat Copies of each (Attested by a Gazetted Officer with his name and seal). All seals and language should be in English.
